Worst worst customer service. All about screwing you I had the worst experience (and it's still not over) with this dealership. Bought a new suv from Warwick (he's great) but of course his xxx of a boss had to step in and then take over to make you feel like you are getting the best deal. 0 percent finance scam - Buyers Beware!! This scam seems to be repetitive in the reviews, this dealership lures people on the promise of a 0 percent finance for the full amortization of the vehicle and that the 0 percent will automatically renew itself annually, but then come to realize the following year that this program does not nor ever existed. Absolute disgust I don't even know where to begin First things first make sure you have a lawyer with you when you sign anything at this dealership especially with this so-called financial guy. First red flag if having an amortisation different than the length of the deal. Says fancy things to make you want to sign... better watch out frank... don't talk numbers with a economist. From 0% to 8% interest Extremely upsetting situation when you look at your account and see that your payments have increased by 8% which by the way is a difference of $70.00 each payment. The sales rep Jorge I dealt with asked to keep the I pad tablet Nissan was giving away to new buyers at the time because he assured me 0% interest. They sold a car I had made a deposit for I went to trade in my 2012 Nissan Sentra and buy a 2010 Nissan Rogue on May 19, 2016. I made the deposit they asked for, had my bill of sales issued the very same day. On May 26th I received a call saying that they had already sold the car to someone else. Increase Interest % From 0% to 9 % Interest I bought a Nissa Altima at Hunt Club Nissa in Ottawa, ON in 2015. The financial team and the sales guy offered me 0.05% interest rate on my car loan with RBC. They pointed out that this interes will be the same because I have an outstanding credit rate. Today, after a year, I got a letter from the bank with an increase in the interest rate to 9%. Unethical These guys are just not where to go. If you like to start negotiations at $10000 above the cost of the vehicle, then shop here. They are unethical to point of lying to customers. Never go to this dealership.

Shady, rude, non-transparent, unprofessional, overpriced. Hunt Club Nissan has the most shady, frustrating, non-transparent and archaic way of dealing with its customers. When I asked for a quote, the sales rep left his desk to see his manager only to come back later with two numbers : a handwritten final price and a biweekly payment on a piece of paper. Disrespectful! My husband and I went into their showroom looking for a brand new Pathfinder and spoke with Imad the sales person. Imad was very nice and respectable towards us. We eventually went on to the Finance department to speak with Frank Abouchakra. We were told so many things that changed from day to day and we were so confused by what they were saying.
