Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hunt Club Nissan on April 6th. Scheduled a 10 am appointment for a 4-wheel alignment and general check due to a check engine light. After an hour and a half wait, was informed of a $157 plus tax mass airflow sensor replacement, which I approved. Later told the actual cost would be $600 plus tax, a steep increase. Very bad service and rude manager . . My new car qashqai 2023 bought 2 months ago has wiered stutter in the brakes I dropped my car hopping that they find what problem is . Slowest oil change ever experienced then a overbo ard list of recommendations that was overboard.Will not go to this dealer unless no choice.
The service guy in this dealer lied to me that my front end distance sensor is not covered in the extended warranty
Never requested service was done and charged. They would not release my car if I refused to pay. In my 50 years of car ownership history I have never experienced such a fast talk, high pressure type of business practice from any of my past dealers.

Service was ridiculously slow. It took them nearly 3 hours just to do an oil change. It wasn’t particularly busy, so that’s not the issue, but was told they were understaffed. Nonetheless, it shouldn’t take 3 hours to do a 45-60 minute job. I won’t be going back.
I came in for a recall (change of key FOB) but their solution was to glue it open. This is not a practical solution and is extremely lazy. They should have replaced the FOB entirelg. Within 5 minutes of being there, I asked to put a hold on the “solution”, which they said would take 1h30 min, but apparently they had started and it was too late. The parts I needed and the items I was interested in purchasing were not in stock. My car went in right away for a tire swap and oil change, the work was completed, and my car was parked outside, yet I was not contacted until more than two hours later, so I wasted at least two hours waiting in the dealership. I had an appointment at 1:15 pm to see if my car needed any work to address issues following a recall. I wait for more than an hour, no one told me anything. I finally went to the service desk and was told that I didn’t need any work and gave me my keys. Why did I wait for an hour and a half if no work was required? Checking the brackets on the back up camera did not take an hour and a half.
