Found the service department untrustworthy as they gave an inaccurate report to my insurance company basing it on their suspicions and not proof which I had/makes you wonder. I wouldn’t trust this dealership with my bicycle. Not impressed with their staff for many reasons. Proceed with caution if you use this service centre
An hour and 20 minutes to do an oil change when you make an appointment is ludicrous. Then the dealership says we washed your car and all they did was spray water on it. To top it off the dealership sends you an email saying the 37 point inspection was good and for you to review the pdf attachment. You open the attachment and there is nothing there.
Did a walk around prior to car being serviced yesterday and there were no scratches at the front or top of my car. Service team scratched my car where it took off the paint on the hood and roof of my car. I will be calling. Extremely dissatisfied
The haven’t called me back when they said they would and they left my car with mold in it which is dangerous to my health because refused to fix it
The sold me a 2011 Chevy Cruze as is. I suggest they are not supposed to sale a car that bad shape. They pretends to do not let you drive the car to hide their scam. I said scam because a seller cannot pretend to sale a product he or she doesn't know. When someone sale something, his integrity involve in what he or she sale. For example, if someone buy a bad product to a market. The market cannot pretend not knowing the product. Vile people and terrible service. They lied to us, kept changing the price and refused to put anything in writing. Said there was only one Leaf available in Ottawa and there was a long waiting list. There were actually half a dozen we could buy right away, at other dealers. We felt sorry for the salesman Alp, it was his first day on the floor and he clearly didn't expect his boss Omar to lie so blatantly. Worst place with worst services. ...becareful before you sign any document, they say different to whats in documentation. Once you signed n realized mistake later you will see xxxx to resolve the issue. People there will show you perfect xxxx. The higher you go the higher you see the madness. Avoid the place.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Call OMVIC IF YOU HAVE ISSUE WITH THEM. This dealer sells vehicle with major issue like transmission and frame damage without disclosure.
Given the fact that I left the car to have a tremendous water leak, it is very concerning that you proceeded with a car wash after the oil change. It should have also been explained that there is a huge charge just to check for the cause/location of the leak. I had an extensive conversation with Cory the day before and he should have explained that you wouldn't check the car without an assessment charge. Overall, there have been too many issues with this car and no one is really helpful in their explanations or lack thereof.... read more
