Worst dealership in the city! I bought a car through this dealership three years ago and had a wonderful experience. The whole sales team was extremely accommodating and helpful so when I had to buy another car I immediately went back. Unfortunately we quickly found out that all of the former employees were no longer there and we were introduced to another sales person. We immediately noticed that the dealership had changed from a nice relaxed atmosphere to one of pressure and intimidation. The Sales guys are very high press... read more
Terrible experience, dishonest group of people A disappointing experience. Car salesman was a dishonest fast talker, distracted, and used every pressure tactic in the book to close the deal. The manager who "approves" these deals was no better, and couldn't be bothered to come out of his office to meet with us. The entire experience from beginning to end was upsetting.
Business response:
im soo sorry for your experience sir. i wish i could have been involved. the manager you mentioned has never had any complaints like this im very surprised. can you give me a little more detail so i can look into this and fix it wfor you sir, or atleast repremand the people involved. this comment as you can tell is unlike any other we have recived, it is not our style nor the way we do business if i can fix it for you and we can come to an understanding i would ask that you remove the comment as long as you feel it has been ... read more
Terrible service, poorly trained staff If Nissan Canada gives out a 'Most Incompetent Customer Service' award I would like to nominate Hunt Club Nissan. While I really like my new Leaf, I fully intend to not return to the location I leased it from until I return the vehicle in four years. I'll have my service done at a different location. I specifically opted to go to Hunt Club Nissan because it had the best customer reviews of the local dealerships and I will go out of my way to shop at businesses which provide high quality... read more
Be very careful you could end up with nothing! I had the worst experience imaginable at this dealership, I found I car I liked traded in my old car, and signed for the new one. Upon deliver the sales guy tried to tell me “it is a used car” when the bumper was dented and the scratched badly in many places. On a two year old altima for, $21, 000 you can’t fix the bumper? The manager solved the problem. Then a month later, a month! I found out the financing didn’t go through. They could not finance that amount at that rate thro... read more
There is definitely a problem here. Perhaps it's communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the wrong time(long wait) my second service appointment was a nightmare. I was told I don't live in the "real world" according to Ryan the service advisor who claimed to be the service manager on the phone. I was told before hand my appointment would be 1 hour max then I get there and it's 2hours, so I had to leave cause I would not ... read more
Not a great experience. It started out great and friendly with Gervais, who introduced us to Lee (our first sales guy). He was a little not knowledgeable about the car. We caught him a couple of times saying something while in reality it would not be on our car (perhaps to make things better than they are?). Their pricing is way higher than other dealers are willing to go. Perhaps they have too many guys in suits running around that the costumer needs to pay for at the end. We asked for the famous bottom price and to include... read more
Bought a used Honda civic 40 days later needed new engine. Went back to dealer who had been so happy to sell us the car. Their mechanic was skeptical about it needing an engine, but 1 hour later did agree that the engine needed to be replaced. Hunt club Nissan's solution they would cut me a break on their hourly which is 120.00hr. Generous. Contacted omvic what a useless experience. They wanted to help negotiate a compromise. Really, how does one negotiate ethics? They sold me something broken and now I was going to have to ... read more
Garbage dealer. Took my car in for a balance and they couldn't do it after 4 visits and refused to refund me. During the process my car was severely scratched and damages, and surprise they denied it. All employees there are liars and fakes.
I went to Hunt Club Nissan during the so-called Black Friday sale, on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2011. My experience with the salesperson, Chase Campbell, was actually very positive. He was helpful, took us out for a test drive, and, upon return suggested that I get my old car, a 2002 Accord SE, in good condition, appraised for trade value. However, after I had given them the keys to my car, I was suddenly confronted with a heavy set older guy, who proceeded to try to put the screws to me. This man was offensive, asking me very inap... read more
