Just to get an oil change included in my service package and to swap out 4 winter tires for 4 summer tires all already on rims, took an unbearable two hours.
Purchased a used car 4 months ago. The Serp belt and muffler have already gave out on us. The front driver door is a much darker red door than the rest of the car. Suspect car was in accident. False diagnosis! Was told to replace transmission. My car’s value is almost $6,500 and the cost of replacement for tranny was $5,300. Got second opinion from transmission specialist shop. Nothing wrong with transmission. That’s what I was told by the transmission specialist place with the rating of 4.9 and well known in the city.
Really disappointing experience.Had issue with my audio Really disappointing experience. Had issue with my audio system in central console. I told them issue is there when SD card is inserted and it keeps shutting down every 5 min or so. Nonissue when SD card is not inserted. Had to pay 160.00 CAD plus tax to investigate it. And then they saidbyrybtomreplace the SD Card is it didn’t help then you will need to change the whole audio unit for around 6k . So not sure why I paid 160.00 CAD ?!
Nissan Huntclub are a disgrace to all salesmanship and dealerships around Canada. I don't know how they have not been closed down because of being white collar scammers!
When I bought a vehicle from here in 2015 I was promised a 0% interest rate for 7 years. When signing the paperwork I noticed the financing was only 1 year. They tried to convince me it is ok but luckily I am not the idiot they though I was. I hesitantly signed but not before having the very shady finance guy sign the paperwork ensuring a 0% interest rate for 7 years. Shame on you and your dealership for harassing your client's personal information and selling it to other companies!!!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere. Christopher Smith, is a discriminating, unkind and unprofessional store manager, who takes advantage of his young, female clientele. He told me that my phone number was "removed" from the system to only continue receiving scam calls, multiple times a day and text messages, on behalf of Hunt Club Nissan, from him sharing my information out to other companies. Salesperson was incompetent and actually said "I don't know why people want to buy this car, the last one I sold could not make it home". When I picked mine up it was charged at 10% and I barely made it home. I get calls from service telling me to bring the electric car in for "fuel injector cleaning", meanwhile the dealer is not able to diagnose ongoing problems under warranty and refuses to repair them. I love the car but dealing with Hunt Club Nissan and Nissan in general is a horrible experience.
The worst servive expierence i have every had. They tried to hold me hostage for a $2300 repair i did not need before they would replace my AC compressor under warranty
