I agree with the previous writer. When pricing a vehicle, they are very devious in their pricing. They tell you they are giving you a discount for something and then they add the cost back in on another part of the deal. All they show you is the monthly payment. When you ask questions about the details behind the monthly payment they become dismissive and dad mannered. Beware the Sales Manager, "Mike". Had the same experience as first reviewer. They are not transparent at all on their pricing and discounts, even in the showroom the cars do not have pricing details affixed on them. They never give true details on taxes and other fees, only give you how much you pay monthyl. Had an argument with Sales Manager-Mike for pricing and valuation, first time I've seen someone so rude to customers and so arrogant. It's the first time I have to argue with the dealership manager. The salesperson was very unprofessional. No explanation of the car features. He showed no passionate to his job at all. No smile, doesn't want to talk, kept making up numbers that he himself couldnl't defend when we checked his price calculation. It ended up he asked his manager to talk with us. The attitude of the manager was bad, treated us like idiots. I would never go there again.
