Poor service after purchase I would rate the service a 0. My husband and I initially went to Hunt Club. Now we’ve been trying for two months to get information and continually get told we will have a call back and never receive it. Ken Seger and the rest of the staff we’ve dealt with have been zero help. After attempting three times now with them and not getting any information, we will take our business elsewhere.
Terrible service Went for factory fuel gauge accuracy recall, they "fixed" it and now my fuel gauge light won’t go on when fuel level is very low? I guess, now is much “accurate”… When I come back and brought that to their attention, they told me to be ready to pay diagnostic fee because issue with fuel gauge may or may not be related to recall? This is how they paving the road for another unjustified repair.
Literally the worst Not only did they originally sell me the wrong car I asked for, and try to over charge me! The free gift with purchase was an iPad, when I went to pick up my car they handed me Apple gift cards and Apple TV and said they ran out... even though I had signed a contract stating I was supposed to get this. After I was going to return my vechicle they gave me an iPad. Great Sales -- AWFUL Customer Service My daughter leased a new 2017 Versa Note (ironically, I convinced her to go with a new, economical model instead of a used car so that she could avoid costly repair bills). The salesman (Jamie Kibsey) was awesome (and perhaps reflecting the way they do business has since left Hunt Club Nissan). Poor after sale services I asked for a no objection letter for my leased car to put on storage insurance and they agreed to provide it. But its been two days, no email or call back from them. They dont consider the custemers whom they used once.

awefull As i was just trying to figure out why they wont provide a rental vehicle as my car i purchased from them new have 3 recalls and after 3 days of speaking with them they finally decided to advise me they no longer offer rentals, and Nissan Canada advised me they will provide one on the same call, i was transferred to them and still nothing other then a condescending head of finance telling me 'buddy we dont have that anymore i was on vacation and policy changed we cannot offer that anymore" well im not your buddy i pa... read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE I BOUGHT A NISSAN SENTRA 2013 SV FROM THEM IN JULY 2014. I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL MY BUSINESS AND ALSO ALL THE REPAIRS I HAVE MADE. THEY QUOTED ME ON MY MOST RECENT REPAIRS AT 3 K BUT I WAS NOT HAVING THAT. I WENT TO CANADIAN TIRE AT AFTER TAKES THEY HAD CHARGED ME 1200. AND NISSAN HUNT CLUB TOOK 145 FOR A VEHICLE INSPECTION WHICH IS ABSOLUTE xxxxxxxx. I WOULD ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY THEIVES AND GO TO HONEST PEOPLE
Poor Customer Service and follow up from Service Advisors Most recently, the car was in for repairs @845 am with an appointment booked well in advance. I need it car to be ready for pick up by 2pm the latest, so to avoid arriving late to work that starts at 3 pm, which I cleared and received confirmation from the Advisor that it won;t be a problem. Horrible service, endangered my family Miss lead me on the condition of the vehicle that I purchased there. Over a year of ownership I have bleed over 5000$ in repairs and replacements. After moving to new province after having safety done prior to trip. Failed new province safety and one of the multiple failures was that the brakes near critical failure. This company is in my option cheats and thieves. Don't trust your investment of a vehicle with this company. Or your family's safety
