I called Nissan Service today to book ( i am new customer) tire change, oil change and overall check for my nissan rogue. I was hung up twice and finally after several more attempts i spoke to someone. I explained to her what had happened and she really didn't care what was happening to be honest. I then ask if they charge for winter tire change when doing an oil change and overall check and she said yes they would also charge me 70.00 for this. Not even sure where to begin. I booked my vehicle in for a recall repair, travelled an hour into the dealership only to be met with them telling me that they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t do it. I was told someone was supposed to call me and let know, but because I had other concerns they decided not to notify me… bare in mind, we only brought up our other concerns because we were going into the dealership for the recall, which never got fixed. My 87 year old mother brought her 10 year old Nissan Rogue in to Hunt Club Nissan service department because she saw an emissions engine light on her dashboard. The technician ran a diagnostic procedure and provided a two page multi-point inspection form that showed they inspected the following items: Horn operation, headlights, left wiper, right wiper blade, tail lights, and tires. New Nissan and was quoted $1300 for regular maintenance. Explained I’m under warranty but still for regular maintenance came out to $800. I paid and whatnot and wouldn’t have written a review if not for the rude man who checked me out. He told me the total was $800 and I sighed. I was looking into trading in my car for a new one. At this stage, I just needed info to be able to make an informed decision. Overall, I liked the deal that was being offered, but I was in a rush to go pick up my kids before the camp would kick them out on the street and had no time to "shake" on the decision. Long waits, 1 and 1/2 hr job takes a little over 2 and a 1/2
They will be great when they want to win the sale but after it becomes a nightmare to have someone answer you for after sale follow ups. Try somewhere else if you are looking into buying a car.
I went there today to check on connection problem Wi-Fi not working and voice assistant not working. I spend 3 hours waiting and nothing was done.
