It's awful. My 2018 is needing it's second transmission. It has 130,000KMS on it. Nissan refuses to goodwill a new transmission because my maintenance records weren't.completed at Nissan. No one asked for them. The car is your problem now as the finance company won't pick it up and I certainly don't want it.
I bought 2023 nissan rogue platinum New car in the year 2023 within a year check engine light reson is fuel pump failure went to replace it took 4 months for parts and repair, eventhough it shouldn't happen but understand sometimes machines happens agreed. Now exactly less than a year now again same check engine light reason can't believe same fuel pump failed. I called ahead (I talked to Moe) to make sure that the car I was interested in was in the lot. He told me the car was there. I told him I would be there in 1 hour. I drove 1 hour to get to the dealership. When I arrived Moe was too busy, so they gave me Eliel Kasongo. Bought a car from this dealership, it’s a 2019 for reference. I noticed after about a week there is a clunking noise on the passenger front corner. I brought it to them twice after purchasing and they told me there’s nothing wrong with it. The shop foreman told me, “probably because it’s cold” what a crock that is.
After maintaining service, I had to call “road service” to take me home in frigid weather! I. have a warning sign about engine malfunction and oil change alerts! What’s going on? What should I do? Do I need “brake service” on my 2020 Nissan which only has 24,266 km?
Customer service is very poor. And staff is not really friendly and they would rip you off. wherever they get a chance, I will never buy a car from there anymore.
I was happy with the service until I got a warning signal in the car yesterday that my tire pressure was low and subsequently got a flat tire. I feel like this is something that should have been checked during my tire change appointment. Now I am stuck paying for extra services that could have been prevented.
Little disappointed, I was overcharged for tire swap. My tires were already on rims and balanced. Guy said I needed to rebalance, turns out it not true. They have lost my business. An then he came asking me to change break oil and filter which I did 3 month prior when I went for servicing. I don't even drive the car much. Good thing I did not agree to the extra add-ons.
