I have recently dealt with this dealership and found the salesman, Curtis Munro, to be extremely courteous and informative. He answered all my questions, explained thoroughly everything about the vehicle I was interested in and overall I felt completely at ease to discuss things with him and make my decision. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a car.
Bad communication between staff and the customer, missing documents, delay of purchase, still waiting for warranty documents, unprofessional financial services! Very upset with the service!!!
I was not impressed with this dealership, do not feel satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Starting with an insulting first offer on their part, and salesperson who didn’t seem to know how tax was calculated. They seemed taken aback that I knew the value of my trade and their vehicle. I was charged for a diagnosis of a shifter that was getting stuck and found out that a diagnosis wasn’t performed and instead was quoted for a full assembly change. Since there could have been many causes of the issue, I was very disappointed that it was not properly diagnosed. The charge was reversed after I pressed to u sweat and what diagnosis was actually performed.
I brought my car in before my guarantee ends and they «couldn’t find what was wrongwith it» they just used their machine to fix the «check engine» light on, 2 days later every light was back on si I switched nissan dealers and they found it so easily, and now I have no more guarantee and have to pay 1000$ out of my pockets Terrible service, definitely felt cheated and scammed
I strongly recommend not paying the deposit they ask to put a vehicle “on hold.” It is a trap to keep your money for weeks. This is the second time this happens to me. They promised it would not happen again, and it did. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
The salesman told me all cars have a remote start. Sold me a car that didn’t have one. It was my only requirement on a car and now I’m stuck with one that doesn’t have a remote start. When I picked up the car I had to wait 3hrs past the time it was supposed to be ready. Then when I asked about the remote start, they pretty much told me too bad, and didn’t fix the situation.
Sales was great. Service was rude and disrespectful on check in. Going elsewhere for service next time
This regarding my Nissan Sentra lease. I prepaid a $1000 when the transaction started. I was told I would get the balance (around $527) after payment of the monthly and the plates. when I took the car late last month they told me that the cheque was not ready. They emailed me this week almost a month later) to get the cheque.
