This place is the WORST they ripped my wife off badly. We paid for back 2 new and after multiple issues- drivetrain - washer fluid hoses laying on top of engine not connected and broken - oil leak - Bluetooth won’t work - rear defrost won’t work- won’t start when below minus 10 - ball joint bad - navigation now won’t work. I spoke with DAVE and he tells me they sold my wife a car as is. But we paid 1499.00 for back 2 new. Worst experience ever changed my mind about vehicle they kept my deposit and pulled money from my account for purchase of vehicle that I changed my mind about. I informed them I don’t feel i was offered fair trade for my vehicle and they still have the xxxxx to keep my deposit and pull money from my bank for a car I never made trade for, save your money and go elsewhere worst experience
False Advertising! Tried to buy a used car for advertised price plus GST, but the sales manager refused to sell for that price for cash. Tacked on $3000 in etching and refurbishing fees and I had to walk away. I wish I would have read the reviews here first. Seems like a common practice for this dealer despite the ad’s saying that all fee’s except GST are included in the price.. Buy private if you can and don't support these legal criminal organizations known as car dealerships. I offered asking price plus GST on a vehicle and they were going to take $1000 off for financing the vehicle and agreed on a price. Later, sales manager scammer Vincent Yu called to firm up and told me an all in price $1,500 HIGHER than originally stated. These guys are scam artists, terrible experience, never in my life have I been treated with more disrespect while trying to purchase a vehicle, unclear misguiding, they will xxxxxxxx and try to trick you.
Not a good experience. Purchased a used SUV with two conditions that they were to meet. When I went to pick up the SUV both conditions were not met, they only agreed to meet one of them which was to replace the windshield, they would not replace the fog lights. Had to leave the vehicle there longer for windshield to be done. Went back in to pick it up and there was no heat. I wasn't provided the inspection report, so requested it. Disingenuous salesman and the manager wasted my time. Avoid this dealership. At the end of the experience the salesman decided to get really passive aggressive and condescending. Very unprofessional. No thanks.
Crooks , the manager, sales person and assistant manager collaborated to cheat me. I asked for an estimate on am SUV, fhe assistant manager said they would give me a deal and went and CRUNCHED the numbers and the manager showed up instead and came back with 2000 more than he quoted me earlier! And when I asked how did that happen he tried to convince me to take a cheaper type of SUV 1600 over asking price . Do not go there!
