I have had enough. We took back our car that was shaking from the moment we took it home. They dodged our calls for I don’t know how long. Then to say it’s a big fix and that they have to replace the car equal or greater value. First manager tried to get us to pay half for the fix. There was error codes that weren’t looked into. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Go Nissan North in Edmonton, Alberta with a ‘back to new’ extra cost as the car needed some minor body work. Once it was ready, I made arrangements to travel to Edmonton as I don’t live there. A few days after returning home with the car, I noticed the paint where the body work was completed was a darker colour then the rest of the car. I would strongly advise anyone reading these words to steer well clear of Go Nissan North and find a more trustworthy and reputable alternative. Their online prices are a scam. They will add mandatory "etching" fees to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Their business practices are shady and unethical.

Sold me a vehicle that was not safe to drive. Go Auto dealerships only care about flipping cars as quickly as possible rather than doing their due diligence to ensure the vehicles they sell are in good condition. Stay away if you can.
I bought a used car a week ago and I had a great experience with the salesman called Zachary Pye but stay away from the finance manager named Aaren Schroeder, he added all kind of of expenses on my bill and I ended up paying way more than the a price I was sold too, it was a total rip off. Avoid them at all cost. The 2 star is for Zachary and I would give 0 for Aaren Schroeder. Save your money and go to other ethical dealers in town. This was a total scam
If you are planning to buy a used vehicle avoid them at any cost. They use the obd tool to clear any error or engine light before you pick up the vehicle. On January 12th 2023 I bought a used vehicle picked it up and drove back home. On January 13th 2023 within less than 24 hours my dash was like a Christmas lights. Check engine, traction control, 4wd all on.
