Horrible dealership. Don’t believe the price listed for used cars. They added $3000 dollars for etching serial numbers and “touch-up/detailing” after test driving. These services are not optional but not in the list price. Absolute money grab and time waster. They won’t be getting my business.
IF I COULD GIVE -10 STARTS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! Worst dealership in the city. They don't have a clue what to do with Infiniti and they're supposed to be an authorized service provider. BUYERS BEWARE. NISSAN NORTH DONT DEAL WITH THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH ON CROOKS. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEG 100 STARS WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD THERE .They were trying to over charge me 22,000 + for a 2022 premium Rogue the sales manager John is a very sleezy dude. Wanted 366 dollars by weekly for 9 year plus 1000 down and get get this 1500 for a block heater it would have worked out to 85,000+ are you out of your ever loving mind.
Don't buy at Go Nissan North Edmonton. A sales guy "Thomas" trying to tell me that a $51,000 with $12,000 down payment, payments will be $368 bi-weekly. That is almost $70,000 for a $51,000 truck. after two phone calls to double check his math, he tells me the same both times. STAY AWAY!!
Horrible Experience, I don't have to do it but I am still taking time to write this review, this means you can understand how horrible service this dealer gives you. These people have a strategy, they make you starve by keeping you wait for long duration, and then starts bargaining with you. Worst people. Avoid this dealer. Fortunately, I have NARROWLY ESCAPED from these people. Stay safe and stay healthy by not going to this place.

Horrible experience with this dealership and a complete waste of time. I will be kind and not name names. I went in to test drive the 2013 Kia Sorento. It was listed for 15 900 online. I explained my budget to the sales rep in advance and he told me to come in for a test drive. When I got there in person he told me he spoke with the manager and they agreed on $14000 ALL IN (with GST included-no additional fees, etc). The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I was looking at a 2021 Honda Insight they posted for sale on Kijiji Auto. List of issues against them: -The car was listed at $27,900 but they said the actual price was $29,900. They refused to honor the advertised price on Kijiji Auto at the time contrary to what I would expect from a reputable dealership.
