Purchasing Vehicle We had a great experience purchasing a Vehicle from Go Nissan North. The sales team was more then willing to accommodate a lot of questions and us changing our minds on a few different vehicles. The whole process took a few weeks but at the end of the day we were able to find the vehicle that fits our family!
Excellent service! Went into Nissan to get an oil change I wasn't to impressed with the service considering I have extended warranty and they wanted me to pay. Tarik took the time to look into it and cleared up the misunderstanding. I don't know if he was part of management of not having him in management would probably make it a much better company he has great customer service.
Frustrating but overall redeemed I am editing this review because the management team is working to help us deal with the frustrations we've had. We bought a used Murano from this dealership a few weeks ago. Our salesperson appeared to be new to the job and did not always seem to know what was going on with the car. When we went to pick up the vehicle a day after it was supposed to be ready, we had to wait around for four hours. We also had to take it in for repairs immediately after driving it off the lot. Top Rate Experience! We have, on two occasions, selected Go Nissan North to purchase new vehicles. In both instances we dealt with Raj Ministry. He was excellent to work with both being mindful of the expectations of the dealership, and our needs in purchasing vehicles. Raj offered us 5 ?? service on numerous occasions. When we had a hiccup with service, Raj ensured our needs were met. As an aside, two of our children have also purchased autos through Raj and have been equally satisfied!
