these people stole my $500 deposit money and wasted my time!! did not give me proper service took days to reply, they continually lied to me throughout the whole deal, proceeded to do things without my consent, i live 45 mins from this dealership made me come all the way down to the dealership to get my money back just to tell me they cant give me back my money...
Waste of time Lied to me on the phone to get me there then danced around when I questioned it, by far the shadiest dealership I have ever been in. Mandatory to buy mud flaps and floor mats and block heat 1200 bucks above the price you will be quoted. And I have never seen anyone try to avoid what interest they are charging you so much in my life. Poor customer service They don’t deserve even 1 star. Sales rep didn’t put enough gas in the vehicle for test drive so my husband and I were stuck in the middle of intersection on highway for 1 hour and half. Sales rep keep laying to us. When he called us that our car was ready but actually someone else’s car was ready not ours. Sales rep didn’t provide right documents for the Registry so we had to wait for an hour. Worst experience ever!! Bought a used vehicle from go Nissan North , had an existing problem with the back up camera that the salesman tried to push off as nothing (even was reported on bill of sale) driving home there was a problem with the back wiper. within a week I contacted my sales guy Walid and he was useless, said He would pass it on to his manager; he ended up forgetting and ignoring me for a month, then I contact the sales manager at the time jay and got ignored. Scammers!! Do not purchase a vehicle from Go Nissan North! This company is a scammer 100%! purchased a truck from them 2 months ago, was told that it would be fully inspected, and everything would be fixed. Was told they would replace a bunch of issues, and then went to go pick it up. Thankfully I am a heavy equipment mechanic, so I put it up on a hoist and did my own inspection! Scammers When I purchased my Nissan, I also purchased the extended warranty and a prepaid maintenance package. Today was my first trip to the dealership to get an oil change. They said that I didn’t have either the maintenance package or the extended warranty. After giving me the runaround they finally agreed to change my oil. But they wanted to debate my extended warranty even after I showed them the paperwork proving I paid for it. Do not buy a car from these people. They are criminals and will try to rip you off!

Terrible!!! No wonder everyone got fired from this place this week! Terrible staff, terrible vehicles. Bought a vehicle that had seatbelts ductaped together and they will not do anything about it. Warren the GM there wont even help us, said “too bad”. Do not go here. They are awful. Im not done with it yet, safety board will have something to say about it. Do dealers need to be liars, cheats, & theives to be GoAuto?
