am really disappointed with Go Nissan North, not just am really disappointed with Go Nissan North, not just based on their product, but customer service. I went in as a first time buyer in August 2020 and bought a used Volkswagen. Awful experience trying to buy a vehicle from them. The sales person I was working with was great at first and then slow to reply, barely messaged me, and then when he said he would ask his manager if he could do something about a mistake on the Carfax that made it look like the vehicle had an odometer roll-back before coming to Edmonton the manager called me, without prompting and explain oh, it's fine, he sees that AlL tHe TiMe. I seriously wonder about this dealership's rating and service, please check out the BBB website rating before doing business here, and at least demand a "cool off period" written in your purchase contract, which is not standard in Alberta .

Etching or anti theft transfer $499 and vehicle protection packages $1599, which is suppose to be some paint protection and windshield repair and interior clean ups, all u will get is an interior and exterior wash and a car factory reset and i dont think that will cost $1599, that has got to be the sleaziest way to suck out a quick $2100 from buyers if you ask me, my advice to any buyers going here is pay attention to the numbers and ask as many questions as you can before you sign anything i mean any paper put infront of yo... read more
Illegal Fees They won't sell you a vehicle unless you pay a $500 etching fee. They also talk down to you when you tell them about AMVIC regulations. They hate being called out on their sketchiness. Stay away!
Bought a used car from these guys last month. Went to change the tire and couldn’t find the lug nut key. Called their service dept and was told that they couldn’t find it either when they had to change one of the tires to make it ready for sale. They left three locks on the car and removed one. The used car manager said “sold as is” which is true. But when I asked was there anything I need to know I was told NO, and the mechanical condition report GO NISSAN provided did not mention this. Not a good dealership they screwed us when we get 2 pathfinder and recently again when I order sun visor upon arriving at home when I gonna install it's a used/old some part of it was missing. They are a waste of time. Not recommended anymore and told my friend not to buy from them, he cancel and now he is dealing with L.A Nissan.
Dishonest, Not trustworthy I ended up buying a used vehicle from Go Nissan North. Included in the sale were 3 promises: detailing, a full gas tank, and a new windshield was to be installed. After sitting in the dealership for 6 hours and listening to multiple rants on how they take their sales job seriously, they are not dishonest, or here to screw me over.
