Absolutely terrible experience with Go Nissan North – St. Albert. I purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA on April 3rd and was promised that the check engine light issue would be resolved before delivery. It wasn’t. I had to give 1 star so I could give a review. I “thought” I made the right choice when I chose this dealer. I didn’t. It has been nothing but trouble. I purchased a used vehicle. I live about 4 hours from Edmonton I purchased winter tires on rims. When I left I was told they would be there in a couple days. Weeks later I hadn’t heard they were in but planned a trip to Edmonton assuming the tires would be there but they forgot to contact me. Buyer beware, you will be lead to believe you have to buy things you do not need. I am currently attempting to work with Nissan North to rectify a communication problem regarding upselling on a vehicle that was purchased. So far I have been given the complete run around.
I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. I drove six hours to pick up a car that they assured me had no issues, but when I arrived, it was clear that the car had been smoked in for years and reeked .They acted like they had no idea about it, which felt incredibly dishonest. I expected better transparency and customer service, but I left feeling frustrated and misled. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience to anyone.
horrible service x traded my truck in for. a 25 nissan rogue. finance did not explain things very well and pressured me to sign.. they just wanted me out the door. x went to cancel ext warranty other things and they flat out refused saying they explained that they couldn’t as they would lose money when it’s legal right xx not gonna get into financials but i’m screwsed and the new rogue had electrical issues galore command start barley works and the rear view mirror broke off.. not even 1000 km and two weeks in
High Pressure to sell. Got a new car with no manual!? Management is horrible and sales don’t respond to you once the sale is over.
Don't want what sale M did that get $500 to be able to see Finance M to see if can afford the real exact $. Then can't get back my son $500. They have the copy of card front and back but still saying more excuses/ reason/ allies etc.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a dealership operate with such poor customer service, especially when customers are investing significant time and money. The lack of communication, transparency, and willingness to help from both the sales manager and the general manager has left a very negative impression on me. I expected much better from a dealership with the brand name Nissan.
Bought a car from my daughter. 6000$ later and no help from dealership to get the bugs out. Second set of tires were so bad they were illegal to be sold. Fuel injectors went out. Wiring issues. Rust cover up paint. I wasn't there for the buy. They really took advantage of my daughter. I haven't looked at the shady paperwork yet but I'm sure it gets worse. 2014 VW.
