I was originally really impressed with Nissan when they sold me my car a year and a half ago. My enthusiasm has greatly decreased in the time since - mostly due to my interactions with the service department. At the time of the sale, they gave me a checklist saying that the windshield was great. If you going to this dealership be careful. Had the worst experience. In short they promise something then deliver something else and if you try to talk to them they make you look like that you are in the wrong. All I can say Especially for those who are knew to canada please do your research before going to dealership as you can’t trust.
Not very happy with the service. Very disorganized, Overcharged, and requested shuttle service because I had other appointments that day and they picked me up when the work was not done and I had to wait over an hr at the dealership and cancel my other appointment. There was no car wash or vacuum done and I was told I would get a free detail instead but never received it. When I seen I was overcharged and contacted them. The saga continues with the lack of transparency with this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle in April there were multiple errors, and deceptions by the finance department, followed by complete disrespect from the general manager. They threw $500 and a hockey jersey at me instead of taking responsibility and truly apologizing for their multitude of mistakes. avoid this dealership if you can, bought a vehicle from them about a year ago now the battery is dead and it will take them 4 days to replace the battery. Worst dealership to ever exist in edmonton
Stay away! We took our Pathfinder in to repair the muffler. We were quoted $3,500. Worried we were being ripped off we took it to another shop and they fixed it for $300. Let’s just say this will be my last Nissan and vehicle from Go Auto.
I wright this review Go nissan north. I was dissapointed to this dealer not giving a good service to the customer . I pirches 3 fathfinders in this dealer but the way they when you need there service they are not helping the customer they pomise something but it not happen on time that what they said.
I write this because Go Nissan either does not care or thinks no one will. I have unsubscribed from their constant email offers and relentless asks for oil changes ecetra.5 times now. 5 times!!! Each time it says I have unsubscribed successfully. And low and behold another email. I just received another moments ago. They brag about customer service and how they care. Care for your money! Normally, I am not one to leave a negative review, I tend to keep that feedback to myself. This time, I feel the need to share my experience. I chose this dealer as I had a decent experience with them 9 years ago when I bought my last truck. I was in the market for a company vehicle and went in for a test drive, explained it would be a cash sale and that I needed a detailed bill of sale/quote for the company to issue a P.O. for the vehicle.
