Great sales experience, decently smooth purchase We came into Go Nissan North after a marathon of used/new car hunting at other dealerships that was *incredibly* frustrating due to high pressure sales people trying to up-sell us ridiculously when we had made our budget very clear. Complaint? Look in the Mirror The Service Department has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. As far as Sales goes, arm yourself with details. If a salesperson won't deal with you, go somewhere else. If you're not prepared to confront these guys, you will not get your way. All dealerships are 99% the same. I've had my car cleaned for free, services on tires done for no charge, lost winter tires in storage replaced for free (sure, I wasn't pleased, but they did the right thing-how can anyone be faulted for that?) an... read more
Excellent staff and service I just went for an hour oil change service recently. They staff proactively offer the coach service to go out shopping rather than just waiting at the dealership. Very Impressive! Never any other dealership offer me the service actively like they do. All other dealerships refuse your request or need you wait for hour before you can the coach ride and by that time. I also saw them ask a old lady if she want a loaner to go out. Best experience ever.
Best Experience! This may have been my only second purchase in my life; however the lessons were learned on the first purchase from a competitor. I was in the process of looking at vehicles when a friend put me in contact with this dealership. The other dealership wanted to put me into a 2012 Ford Focus SEL with 50,000 kms on the unit. It had a car accident in Jan 2014 with an estimate but no insurance claim which through the first red flag, the second was that it was stolen only 6 months later, Jul 2014. Unprofessional, ignored calls, misleading about loan denial—poor communication and dishonest service. Avoid this dealership.
Purchased a used vehicle that I was told and shown it passed their mechanical inspection, to find out weeks later when having an insurance inspection done that the vehicle was not safe to drive and required $6000 in suspension repairs.
Pulling Credit Score without consent and Wrong Vehicle: One of their finance managers pulled my credit score without my consent and did not return my deposit. This is illegal and my credit score went down badly. Talked to David Castillo, one of their managers but he never got back. Their finance manager ghosted me as well after back to back emails. The sales person called me "selfish" and started putting my children on his text messages. Please be careful with your transactions. They just want your money and will never help ... read more
1/5 stars -Avoid at all costs! I’m extremely disappointed with my daughter’s experience purchasing a used 2021 Ford edge from this dealership. Within 10 days, the vehicle broke down and required towing back to Edmonton, which took an entire week. To make matters worse, took another week to get any response on the issue and even then it was a struggle to get straight answers or callbacks.
