I had to get an out of province inspection done on my 2008 Sienna a few years back. They gouged me big time on shop supplies. I had a pushy sales person who would not get out of my face while i was waiting (Barr). I felt the service was very pricey for what i received. I haven't returned since. Not sure if it was Troy that i dealt with ?

Sales agent Never ever keep their word THEY ARE NOT TRUST " second time very bed experience with staff. on my remote starter installment they have said that they do not have block heater in stock but everything is in my file. she showed me my profile and there was block heater mentioned to be installed. but upon first service of car they said it is not part of deal. you have to buy it. not trustworthy at all. will complain to Toyota head office. Bad Experience with the Dealer name Mark ??BEWARE of the Dealer named MARK DESTACAMENTO in this company. He fooled to us into believing He giving us a good deal! Really bad experience, liar, making up stories, scammer, He will deal a $1000 cash to you and free accommodation if you bring your vehicle to trade in Gateway Toyota. DON’T TRUST THEM!!!! We are SO SHOCKED !!! WE TRULY REGRET We just bought a certificated Highlander Was really overpriced almost 25%? Horrible experience with Gateway management Will post no stars if possible. I was at Gateway Toyota Edmonton today to get a 2018 RAV4. While waiting for the sales rep to review my offer the sales manager (Kameel Koya) came in and gave my family and I the worst insults of our lives. My little kids were so shocked. Service... what service This is the second major issue I have had with Gateway in regards to recall/warranty enhancement. They tell you they will order the parts and book a date for repair weeks away then when you get there, no parts. They say they will look into it and call back, they do and then they don’t. They call back with no additional info. They don’t follow up and then they don’t call back.
