I feel gateway Toyota are surfers and con artists MY OPINION - I bought a used vehicle from Gateway. Lights where on, on the dash. Was told this was normal. Found out that the transmission is slipping. Gateway is now ignoring me. Paid registration/administration fee on the selling price of vehicle, to the bank, once again on the dealer contract, then again under the ppsa charges. I give a -100 on my rating. They lie about part prices of new vehicles. Purchased a Rav4 in 2016, wind shield got damaged and the replacement price initially told by dealer $250.00 later on said its not available and charged $750.00. Yesterday one headlight bulb was fused went for replacement, initially told price $55.00 later on after replacing charged $125.00. this is one halogen light bulb. This is disgusting. Will never recommend to anybody,

Product taken from car after sale Its Mukhwinder Singh, with refrence to this mail. I wanna make you know that last friday i bought 2016 toyota corolla from gateway toyota sales peraon is Parminder Sandhu. When i was dealing for this vehicle i checked all season floor matts were in the trunk even under the witness of Parminder. But when on friday i got delivery for this parminder showed me everything but he didn't opened trunk. I thought that should be in trunk also. Waited too long even with appointment had a booked appointment for Saturday 1:20 pm waited till 5pm just to get my oil and filter change done...what's going on, waited for almost 4hrs and the only reason they can give me is that they have a back log that day. They should manage their time and scheduling better so as not to waste their client's time.

I'm forced to go to court I purchased a 2014 CRV in Oct 2016 from Rob McGillis. No problem with the car, but it was missing a rear cargo cover that comes standard with the Touring Package. As part of my contract I asked that they provide one. Rob McGillis assured me it wsouldn't be a problem and it was written into the contract. Dealership is crap! This dealership is crock of xxxx! They treat people and employees like they are no one and think themselves (the manages) xxxx don't stink. News flash, you guys need to go back to school and learn lessons in customer service and how to treat people and realize that we are all humans! You may be managers but that doesn't mean you are better than anyone else. This dealership is a disgrace! Will never recommend them, and will make sure everyone knows it.

Very poor service! My husband and I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership because they had a specific van advertised for sale. We were pleased with the van so we made a deal that evening. We delt with two salesmen, sales manager and a lady from finance. We signed the contract and had the majority of the financial paperwork complete. The next day when I PHONED THE DEALSHIP I was transferred to the manager and he told me that the van had been sold to someone else. I was very disappointed. Shady sales/finance department Last year I purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Gateway Toyota: a Tundra for my business and a RAV4 for personal use. I was told I could not apply the total down payment on the truck (for business purposes) because they need a deposit on both so I had to split half on the car. I had to spread out the payment with two cards as I was planning to use my business account for my business vehicle, not my personal one. Bad customer service Customer service is very bad. When you didn't agree with there terms the sale team was rude. They don't return your calls. Your deposit want get refund right away. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
