WORST DEALERSHIP, THIEVES, LIARS, NOT RELIABLE THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE 1 MONTH AGO AND LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE. THEY WONT FIX IT. THE SERVICE MANAGER IS A PIECE A B... , BIG LIAR . ROHAN, MINA AND DAN ARE BIG THIVES, SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT WORK. MARSHA IS ONLY OUT FOR THE MONEY I BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLY TO FIND OUT I STILL HAVE TO FIX MY VEHICLE.... WHATS THE POINT OF A WARRANTY? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. VEHICLE UNRELIABLE, STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING.

poor customer service lady over service reception is always angry, no ethics, no smile, very rude, never welcome the customer, never happy to reply customer question toyota used to check tire pressure and wash the vehicle after they have done the job , but every time they did not check air pressure in the tires even i called for also they do not explain the thing what they have done. i am not satisfied with the customer service

One Nightmare After Another Maybe everyone's experience at Gateway Toyota has not or will not be the awful experience that ours has been. Almost 4 years ago, my husband and I bought a used, 2009 Toyota Corolla. Because of what seemed to be great service and people who were kind and concerned about us and this major purchase, on their recommendation, we paid an additional $10,000 in warranties and other add ons to help make our vehicle last. Not the service I was expecting I had bought a vehicle with them previously and had a wonderful experience, so I went back years later to buy my next car. Sadly the service is not the same. Too many people got involved in the sale and promises were made that I was told had been approved by the manager, but hadn't - too many cooks in the kitchen. Up Selling I brought my vehicle in for servicing and agreed to certain maintenance services. My audio system no longer has bluetooth capabilities so I was told I would need a whole new audio system which I declined. Approximately 1.5 hours after drop-off, I was called and informed that I would need a battery check, wheel balancing, and a rock chip repair. Hanged up on me I came into the dealership to buy a vehicle, after test driving it the sales man Cameron told me the final price and when I wrote on a post it if he could go 500 lower he looked at it and chuckled before he trampled the paper in front of me and told me it's final no negotiations. I left the dealership very upset but still like the vehicle and I so I called the sales manager Daniel Moses to let him know, he gave me a new rep Rohan who was okay to start with. Never trust them again I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change something and every time bill was more than 1000 one time I paid 2300 also total i paid them $4600.and today 1 Dec 2015 again check engine light I go there now they left nothing to change and this time theyou say 3500 just labour and say I don't want to do from u guys I took car to other machanic and he u should change engine that is main problem for again and ag... read more

Never ever go to this dealership! I went to this dealership only to get information about a RAV 4 and financing. They encouraged me to go a head with their finance department to have more information for my special case and I paid $500 to check my credit and have the exact information. I emphasized that I may not buy at this stage and they said that this money is totally refundable. After canceling the contract, it took more than a month to get my money back. satisfied and happy👍 Really happy with the customer service..recommended few things needed to be fixed on my vehicle (winshield)..Todd (service advisor) answered all my questions. Got my vehicle in reasonable amount of time and price is quite reasonable too compare to other dealerships..definitely going back in for other vehicle services in the future..
