Was told my Rav4 would be in Mid April by sales manager. Still not in and they don't know when. Sold my vehicle in anticipation of getting vehicle when they indicated. Then told May 7, will probably not be in by that time either. My issue with them is why give that timeline when you are not sure. Spoke with GM Chris S and he was pathetic. Bought a brand new Toyota Corolla 3 weeks ago from a sales man called Mario, in beginning everything was okay. If you want a vehicle we recommend putting your name on one so we can get it to you in the shortest possible time frame. They are nothing but full of xxxxs!!. Got a approval for 2021 4 Runner night shade. It spoused to be delivered from Calgary within a week they said. Once we got approved they called and said that they found the vehicle we want and it will be delivered April 17th. And their excuse was that Calgary dealer didn’t wanna sell them the vehicle. Absolute joke of a service department that pray on woman to rip off. Quoted us well over 4k for repairs and found it funny at first until I got 2 other opinions.....including another dealership. Most of the repairs that we were quoted were either in great working order(coming from the 2 other opinions) or were replaced by this dealership up to a year ago. Do not buy from them. Went in to see a vehicle, talked with the Mark Ibrahim after and he suggested one price. I told him I would think about it. Came back the next day, less than 24hr and he told me “No, you must have not remembered correctly, there is no way I would offer you that price on this vehicle.” and came back with a price $700 above.
