Started good but end sourly My experience started very good. Troy and my shuttle driver Dale is always a pleasure to deal with. They are always cheerful, knowledgeable and great to interact with. However my experience soon turned sour as it seem extremely difficult to get an update on my vehicle when I called at 3:15pm. Not bad but I was there for my 1st oil change and washer pump repair. It took four hours. Shuttle driver not too keen to take me anywhere except across the street. They do have computers online for customer use but they do not tell you about them, so I didn't find them until near the end of the wait. All that time and not even a complimentary rinse/wash for my truck. Kinda disappointing.

slow and unfriendly service ive been waiting for 3 weeks to get approved.always telling me that they got me approved but still cant give me a quotation of the vehicle im purchasing.and always keeps me waiting.there's always an excuse.

Unfortunately, your employer did not answer the banks requests to verify and this prolonged the process. High pressure, dishonest Bought a used car, I am happy enough with the vehicle a few months later, but was very unimpressed with the service. Was told the carfax report showed no accident, but upon inspection it had very clearly been in an accident, and the salesman tried to dance around that fact. It was also missing a small plastic cover on the bumper, which they said they'd get for me, but it took four separate visits to finally get one from them, the first three times being "I promise I will get that on the go." Used BMW330i and 30 days replacement warranty issue Hi, I have very bad experience with this dealership, will never recommend them. They are not following the AMVIC's guideline on resale of used vehicle, They are not standing behind their product and believe in unfair trade practice. Toyota should cancel the dealership because this people is spoiling the image of Toyota in Canada. They sold me a faulty BMW 330 i and harassed me for two months in getting replacement for that. Worst service ever The first time I took my car here should have been my last. The first time they were in there move transition so I made my appointment at one location and they didn't tell me they were moving. So I drive to the normal location only to realize they have moved without telling me. I had regular maintenance done on my car. They customer service was so bad I stood at the front desk while they chatted for 15 minutes while they ignored me. Shuttle service was horrible I asked the driver to pick me up at 4 pm, but the driver came at 5.30 pm on Oct 20, 2014. I kept on calling from 4 pm to 5.30 pm and the driver always responded to wait for a while. I was unable to leave from my work place and I could not pick up my son from daycare on time. I phoned customer representative in Gateway Toyota, and I felt that he did not take this incident seriously.

Internet price not valid wanted $5,000 more My experience with Gateway Toyota Scion on October 15, 2014 was horrible. I am looking for a Toyota Yaris, did my research, found the best price in the city. Internet price was just under $15000 and when its time to settle on the price, the manger tells me that they made a mistake and the actual price is just under $20,000.
