Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional My wife and I needed a new vehicle to replace her car that was "totalled" in a car accident. Richard Wong helped us. He was courteous, friendly and professional. His knowledge about the vehicles and his "no pressure" approach to sales was greatly appreciated. I would recommend that anyone considering buying a Toyota consider consulting with Richard.

I've had a few experiences with Gateway Toyota but the most recent made me want to post some comments. These guys really go the extra mile to make sure you're looked after. Chris the Service Manager got involved with my Truck after I had some problems with another Dealer. The other Dealer told me I had no warranty on the rear diff as the part was a wrecker part? I am posting this review to expose the deceptive business practices and service negligence at Gateway Toyota. My experience with purchasing a 2024 Toyota Venza Limited demonstrates a complete disregard for the consumer. 1. I found service poor I needed a battery was quoted a price and booked a service date. Waited 10 days to get a battery for my prius was quoted a price twice and was told it would take 1 hour to install. I arrived at 830 was told at 930 the price was 80 more than quote waited 2.5 hours and they didn't program my clock back the way it was. Now I'm in my seventies had to look up programing time myself. All small things but they add up. I was disappointed in the service.

Do not buy from this Dealer. Heavy pushes for useless adding and protection services. After declining them all over and over again, the finance team still snuck one in on final paperwork. Great trucks , xxxxty dealership. Do yourself a favour and go to any other Toyota dealer.

I had a great experience with the sales agent and finance manager. They were so accommodating and helpful to fit our budget and the car of our choice. The ordered car had arrived few days ahead the target date, & I am so grateful with the extra miles Ethan did since day 1 that we went for car shopping. The absolute worst Service Manager you could hire. The staff provided incorrect information followed up by no resolution of the issue. Then when I called to discuss, I was completely berated by the Service Manager and blamed for the error. The most deplorable customer service from an incompetent and insolent "service" Manager. I bought a new Toyota Highlander from the dealership in 2022. The sales experience wa great. Service afterwards, however, has been a constant issue and continues to decline. 1. My trunk liner was not available at the time of delivery. It was covid times, so I understood. I was told that I would be called when it was in.
