Almost perfection I had my car in for an oil change today. I arrived on time, at 1:00, they quoted an hour, and that's exactly how long I waited. However, I had also asked them about power-buffing a few areas on the car, which the service rep said she would let me know the time availability in the detailing department for today, or whether we'd have to reschedule for another time. Great Customer Service! All employees are friendly and they all, deliver a great Customer Service. I always feel very welcome. Shuttle service was very quick and efficient. Having a complimentary coffee, is really a nice touch.

Always an easy trip The service advisor is always friendly, explains any extra work in detail, and if I choose to wait for my vehicle to be fixed, never makes me wait too long!

Quick and friendly Always had great service at Gateway Toyota. They were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and had my vehicle taken care of in no time. They also washed the outside of the vehicle for no charge.

Excellent work Very happy with the whole overall service. My vehicle was in and out, I didn't have to wait all day to get it back. Fixed an issue that another Tire store could not fix. The whole experience was great.
