Vehicle servicing As always, Troy at Gateway Toyota went above and beyond to be sure we were back on the road in a timely manner. We have three vehicles (2 toyota, 1 subaru) and they are all serviced here. Troy and the service team are amazing to say the least! No matter if we are in for a regular service, a warranty repair, or a quick check up we know that Troy will ensure everything is taken care of in quick and professional manner. Having our vehicles serviced at Gateway is worth the 2.5 hour drive!!

Vehicle servicing In May of 2015 I had new brakes installed. Shortly thereafter there was a problem with the brakes. I took it back, and it was inspected however no issue was found. I took the vehicle back a second time after the issue arose again. The second time, the problem was located and repaired at no extra cost. The service associate called and gave a full explanation of what had occurred. I was very happy to be fully informed, and that the problem was repaired with no extra expense for me.

Very friendly and helpful Very helpful in making sure the recalls were facilitated and the warranty requirements were fulfilled. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here for as long as I own the car.

brake oil problem i had extended warrenty. any how in the system it shows expire one month early. i taught to your warrenty manager and he solved the error and fixed the problem

GREAT SERVICE Received very prompt service on Thursday. Was able to bring my SUV in without an appointment. Fast and efficient and very friendly staff. They addressed the problem immediately and within a short time called me with the recommendations. The shuttle service is very quick and their very friendly and accommodating

The service team treats me like family I always love bringing my vehicle in for service. I am always welcomed by my name and always gets a hug from Doris. I have been a customer for 11 years and recommend this dealership to anyone.
