last minute appointment we contaced dana as we were looking at buying a used car, so we needed to get an inspection done on it. we had very little time to get it done and she was somehow able to make this happen for us. we have dealt with dana on several other occasions and she is always bubbly and friendly. she is very knowledageable about anything we have ever asked her for our car / truck.

Service with a Smile My Prius had a recall notice and I had scheduled a convenient date for this service. On arriving, I was greeted by Cassandra who was just finishing with another customer. When my turn arrived, she was efficient and noted that the car was also due for a scheduled service and that she could fit this and one other small item into the service call. allways exceptional service I've taken my vehicles to Gateway Toyota since their purchase and the service has always been great. Service personnel like Troy are key to good customer satisfaction and he continues to be one of the main reasons for me returning on a scheduled basis.

Troy speaks the language Troy understands the trucks inside and out so when you give specific instructions regarding what suspension or service work you want done, he speaks your language. Product knowledge is essential in meeting the customers expectations and Troy and his team do that. A quality job delivered on time. Love the new Bilstein 5100 shocks. Great job Troy.

Oil Change. Shop was very clean. One question I had was answered promptly and accurately. Oil change was done at a very reasonable cost. I am very confident work was done properly along with inspection of vehicle. Invoice was less than the same service at a Toyota dealer in the U.S.
