Ignorant sales person with a chip on his shoulder This character epitomizes the poor customer service to a 'T' - greasy with the attitude that he "thinks" he knows more than you. Talks down to you as a customer (guess he figures he can pull a one over on you). Arrogant and Ignorant at the same time (who'd have thought that was even possible). If this guy represents this dealership, STEER CLEAR!!!

Arrogant, Rude, unprofessional & ......... more Sale man Thanks Attila Bardos the sales manager in Fish Creek Nissan for the service. My husband and I really appreciated dealing with him. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and doing a fantastic job in handling customers. However, Nick Litovtsev the finance manager almost made us walk away from the deal when we were there to pick up the car. Appointment to View a Vehicle? Don't bother. When I attempted to view a vehicle and contacted the dealership through their website, they were very quick to call me back, eager for my business. I was ready to buy during that appointment at the posted price. However just an hour before my appointment, I was advised it the vehicle I wanted to look at was conditionally sold. Pathetic Customer service I called to purchase 2 cars out of the province. While I was waiting a response, I was told that 1 car is under offer. In about 2 hours I was told that the sale has not gone through. Next day, while I was waiting for the response, I was told that 1 car is sold, the other one is still available. The sales consultant wrote me an email admitting the poor level of service. Customer Service is terrible After dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, I request for a shuttle service, to which I was left behind by the first shuttle because the driver was going the opposite direction... I guess thats understandable. Second shuttle came, the driver insists that I stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced instead of getting dropped off to work...but I needed to get to work...He argues that its not good for nissan as "It takes them out on the road for too long"...I dont understand why this is the c... read more

Ignored After Purchase I have been sent multiple advertisements from this dealership after i purchased my car. I respond to one of the emails about trading my car in (as I am not happy with what was sold to me to begin with) and I get a general response from Bonny, I respond back, no answer. Used vehicle with known problem, FCN declined repsonsibility I bought a vehicle (for top dollar) from FCN that ended up with a couple of problems. First, the engine light came on during three separate occasions within the first 300 km. I took it to FCN and the first time they installed a new part, but the light came back. The second time they simply reset it and it came on a third time. Then FCN declined to assist any longer. Disapointed My Sales Associate was unprepared to show me the vehicle I was interested in for the two test drives I booked prior purchasing it. The first time he had to dig it out from the back of the lot then put gas in it before I could drive it. The second time he wasn’t even there and had another associate cover for him. Disappointed !! I bought a Nissan Versa 2009 from them and had the worst experience ever. The very next month I have to bring the car back to their service since there was a grilling noise from under the vehicle. They checked it and said they could not identify anything and billed 80 dollars for that. One month down the road the battery died and had to bring the car in and they asked me to pay 200 dollars to replace the battery to which I said no since it was only 2 months since I bought the vehicle.
