Once again, the sales department oversells what service can deliver. Nissan changes its policy's without letting you know.
I booked in my Micra, just to have the new key set to my car - despite the receipt I shown them af payment for key April28. They wanted to charge me $477 for the job!!!! Had to fight and get angry to only pay the $101 that they originally quoted me in April. I know they are busy, but I am upset. What if I was just another ignorant elderly lady? Have been a customer for more than 10 years and highly praised your service. In the past!
Lousy service department. I’ve called, emailed, and online chatted about a quote for brake repair and not a single peep from them. You would think a simple request like that would take only a few minutes to get an answer on. I also checked this dealership on the BBB Calgary website. They’re not accredited and their last rating is C-
Horrible customer service! They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple phone calls and multiple voicemails) they mentioned they will call me back (which they never did). Finally on the second day, they mentioned I “missed my appointment” when in fact they did not check the drop off box, and they were making out as it was my fault for missing an appointment. I ordered new tires and went to the dealership to have them put on. Big surprise-no tires. They managed to have someone pick them up and I returned later in the day. Got home -big surprise- not the tires I had paid for 2 weeks earlier. Of course these ones were cheaper than what I paid for. Phoned back to talk to the parts advisor but of course had to leave a message. Now I have to take more time off work to have this rectified as Fish Creek Nissan doesn’t do loaners anymore. Just par for the course at this place.
Will be back in the Fall to pick up my winter tires, but never again will I be back for service. I’ve now had 3 horrible service appointments in a row. Prior to that I had a wonderful experience and was a loyal customer with 2 Nissan vehicles. Your prices are very high for the service I received, oil change and tire rotation.
I go to fish creek for quality and valve so I felt somewhat disappointed in the cost of replacing the battery in my 2021 Rougue that was just over three years old. Next time I’ll do so research and replace the battery on my own.
