Very, very shady I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and through an Internet search, Fish Creek Nissan had the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, financing didn't go through. Now, because I paid my deposit through debit, I have to wait for a cheque to be issued to me!?!? That's completely ridiculous and shady. Deposits should be returned how they are paid, and a consumer shouldn't have to wait to receive money back regardless of the reason. I WILL NEVER shop at Fish Creek Nissan again, nor will my friends. unpleasant experience Our salesman and sales manager were very arrogant and condescending when they spoke to us. We were asked to give our Master Card to the salesman to submit to the sales manager with our written offer which is very unethical. When we spoke with the sales manager, he questioned us why we even came into Fish Creek Nissan.

Unprofessional Went in looking for a car and first off dealt with one salesperson who on 3 separate occasions forgot I had even contacted him , gave me no information on the vehicle and only contacted me 3 days later when I finally said I'd be coming down . When I arrived I switched salespeople and this one was no better , tried to increase the asking price and was incredibly pushy , even tried to push me into a car I had zero interest owning . Great Sales Person... Poor Service Department Andy was great to deal with on the purchase... BUT... I picked up my used Murano on Wednesday June 24th, after the service department had done a complete check of the vehicle. - June 25th, started to hear a very loud grinding in the brakes when it was in Reverse ONLY. - June 29, brought the Murano into FC Nissan and also told them that the Tire Pressure Monitor had since come on. Service & Communication post purchase Frankie was very good in our original purchase of our Pathfinder. The issues as far as getting a dent repaired (happened before we picked the vehicle up) and getting a flat tire fixed made everything he did taint the whole experience with the Dealership as a whole. Shortly after having the new Pathfinder at home, we had a flat. Finance department dropped the ball I went into Fish Creek Nissan to test drive a Rogue and an Altima as my car broke down and I needed to get a new vehicle ASAP. Tara was the sales person that helped me out. She was fantastic and patient and was quick to answer all of my questions and address all concerns I had. We test drove both vehicles and I made the decision to lease the Rogue. I was handed off to the finance department to complete everything. And I'm still trapped at the dealership!!! This is going to become a blog if I'm not careful. If you are unlucky enough to come to fish creek Nissan just hope you don't have Dee as your point of contact. Firstly she will tell you a time when you can expect your vehicle back. Then when it's not ready she will deny all knowledge of giving you an end time. Then when you ask to speak to a manager she will say there isn't one. I brought my car in for service because it was making a loud thumping/grinding sound from the right rear wheel. They told me it was the exhaust and that it needed a new part, which they ordered and replaced to the tune of $600. They told me that there was still a "bit of a sound coming from the trunk but that must be something in the trunk" I got the car and it didn't make the noise at first, but after a few minutes it started again.
