Bad approach, horrible customer service The whole process and approach to service at this dealership is off. The three service advisors are sitting at desks and make you feel like you are doing them a favour. I Dropped my car off for service at 9:30 am and by 3:30 I still had not heard back from them. Trumped up charge for new battery Brought my daughter's car in for a new battery. Mentioned she had to jump start the car three times in the past week and asked Dee to check the age of the battery. She indicated it was over 5 years old and due for a change. Then the secret code questioned was asked... "Do you want us to check the battery?" Duh! Very Bad experience I purchased a brand new Maxima platinum at Fish Creek Nissan . I did everything I'm supposed to do. From the down payment to the all information they need to close the deal, even they received the insurance paper for the vehicle they gave me its VIN number. They told me that the vehicle has 17 Km on it, and they need to drive it for 30 Km to their location. Which means that I'll get my brand new one with 47 Km. Brutal Fish Creeks "technicians" treated my vehicle like garbage - did more damage than what they repaired. I would not take my kids wagon to these clowns for service. Horrible.
Not a pleasant experience!! Purchased a used car just recently from them, found a problem with the car, they did not think it was serious, I sure did. They did nothing about it, so we went back and picked up our trade and left them with the problem car. Will not deal with them again, what happened to customer comes first!!!
Worst customer experience of my life. I used to love coming to Fishcreek Nissan up until today (July 13th/2016). Last night my "check engine" light came on last night after paying roughly $1300.00 on June 27th, 2016 to have maintenance work done. It's fixed, oh it's not fixed. Came in for an oil change and to get them to check/fix tire pressure monitor light being on. They called about 3 hours after I dropped the vehicle off saying it was ready to go. I came to pick up my truck and paid for the services. Then the attended dropped it off at the front telling me it's all fixed. I got in started it up and tire pressure monitor sensor light was still on the dashboard!
