Misinformed / Inflated / Inaccurate Service Experience I want to document an experience that occurred last year when I brought my vehicle in for a standard I was advised by the service agent that the mechanic discovered a leak requiring seals to be changed. I was very surprised as I had never seen any signs of a leak underneath before. Very poor customer service, they push, push and push. I caught them in two lies and they could not come up with an answer. Basically, they sold the car from underneath me even when I gave a SECURITY DEPOSIT to hold it. The finance department had absolutely zero communication nor did they want to. Stay away from this dealership. There " WORD" or "HAND SHAKE" means nothing. All they are looking for is to get that the commission chq sooner DO NOT DEAL OR BUY FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a Verbal agreement with GM-Mike Brown & Pre-owned Manager Youssef Abdellatif (who was going to throw in rims and new winter tires) to purchase a vehicle for my daughter subject to a Vehicle Inspection by my mechanic. I will tell my friends and family to stay FAR away from this dealership as they sold us a used Hyundai deemed unsafe to drive just weeks later by a Hyundai dealership. This is after bringing to Fish Creek Nissan's attention of various managers that the SAME DAY we drove it off their lot that we were experiencing full loss of power at unexpected times (we almost got into 2 accidents due to this). Ali Nader sold us a car last year and it turned out to be the biggest piece of crap. There is no way they did know the issues the vehicle had. We have taken it to the actual dealership and this car does not even have the correct engine in it. I would never ever recommend this dealer and suggest you find another dealer to purchase a car from.
Wish I could give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Went in for a heated steering wheel check up as I noticed my heating steering wheel isn’t quite working well, the service advisor Casey Stoop, told me that they need to keep the vehicle for a few hours to check so I agreed but I did mention that my vehicle (2018 Murano) is under warranty and that I don’t need to pay for anything if they do the check up today. *** UPDATE *** 03/09/22 So apparently the managers have been made aware of my dissatisfaction and lack of service but still have failed to act or even respond to the situation. So to the current and potential future customers of FCN even though you may be receiving good or acceptable service - ask yourself this, how will you be treated when you end up receiving less then satisfactory service? Own an 2016 Titan diesel with 125000kms - still under warranty. The DEF system froze up again @ -24C!! Second time in 2 years!! This time I was moving from AB to BC, pulling a boat. Truck will go into limp mode after 300kms. I frantically called Fish Creek (where I bought the truck) trying to find service. The Manager LAUGHED at my situation!! They sold us a Jeep charging $300 for their so called inspection. Next day there was oil on garage floor. Oil pan rusted out and needs replacing, got a quote for $850. They said they would send us a cheq. But they never sent it and now just giving us a runaround. Never hear back from them. Oil leak is environmental and yet they passed it through their so called $300 inspection. Gonna call Amvic soon.
