Not a great experience with buying a car at this dealership definitely do not recommend buying a car from here they don’t honor there advertisements then when you negotiate a deal and go to finance to finalize it they pressure you to buy this and that very unprofessional
I have never met such an untruthful service in whole my life. We own 2018 Murano which is still under complete warranty and recently we were experiencing problems with the heated steering wheel and my daughter took the vehicle to this dealership. She left the vehicle for diagnostic and after few hours they texted her that they didn’t find any issues and she has to pay around $160 for the check. Poor experience. And cars are really expensive. Also they add like $1200 in fees and all extra warranty that finance guy force you to buy to make more profit.
I just recently bought my first car that I have ever owned. The alternator was ready to give up so it needed to be replaced. I ended up having to pay for the alternator. I then brought the car to my mechanic. He told me that they changed the ball joints and the connections for those, however did not put a new tie rod on the vehicle. Not enough details on service packages, warranties,etc at purchase but are happy to tell you when you are paying out of pocket 18 months in! Its like winning the lottery for these guys when you are at your first major service and it us no longer covered!
Unprofessional and does not honour dealer errors. They create their own documents for customer buy out and add their own fees on top of your official fee. In this situation they gave us the wrong buyout amount and we went out and bought a new vehicle. The dealer came back and told us we were short $1000 due to them mistyping the number on the official buyout form which is signed by their manager. They would not honour their mistake by fixing it. Winter Tire Rims We traded in a Honda Civic for a Juike about five years ago and Andy was the salesman. During the negotiations we asked for winter tires and rims to be included. Andy as part of the deal said he can get us a fantastic deal on winter tires with rims. This was in the summer so when I went to change over the tires the front rims did not fit and the tire pressure sensors did not work. Service Department I bought my Nissan Versa Note from the Fish Creek Location 2 years ago and the sales department was alright. But I have had the worst customer service from the Service Department. So on Tuesday Oct 2, I called to swap my tires and I had very well explained to the person on phone that I had no spare rims,they are currently on my summer tires, so they have to be swapped to my winter tires and would require balancing after that.
