Not shuttle available after Glenmore. Yesterday, I had Not shuttle available after Glenmore. Yesterday, I had an appointment for service to my Murano 2011 at 7:30 AM. When I made the appointment I talked with a lady for my request services and I ask for shuttle and she said yes is available. Yesterday after the advisor received my car she request to fill out the shuttle list, and I fill out my information. DO NOT buy anything from these crooks. The used department falsified the Vehicle Service Report in order to make the sale, thankfully we made the repairs a condition of sale on the Bill of Sale. So after many trips to the dealership we finally got out refund. Frauds, liars and crooks. The worst customer service we have EVER had.

For the second time i have been duped by Fish Creek Nissan, Both times my vehicle has gone in to have a 6000km oil change and i have been informed by the service department that other work was being done to my vehicle but when i check the warranty book the extra work was not part of the schedule, they imply that it part of the warranty schedule, i am upset with my self for falling for the same trick, and am upset with Fish Creek Nissan for their underhanded way of creating a service sale, why on earth would a vehicle that ha... read more

Even though went in for warranty required service was misled to authorize service not required by warranty. Recall work was not completed and major issue with steering column was not addressed until after warranty expired. VERY rude personnel. Tried pushing additional repairs even during negotiations on warranty status of the steering issue. Don't recommend this dealership to anybody.
