My oil change took like 3 hours coz of tech are on sick call.also they don't do inspection on weekend
No concerns with the work just how long it takes to get it done. Had an appointment at 9:00 am and vehicle wasn’t completed until 5:15.
Took the whole day to do an oil change and tire rotation on a Tuesday. The only dealership I dealt with that had your car the entire day and did not even washed/cleaned your car.
Absolute crooks! Trying to say my repairs were $6000 when I found a $100 part from Amazon fixed it. And had the nerve to charge me to do a diagnostic that was a complete fake.

Mike the manager was great, nice fellow, corrected my issues, but had to deal with the junior sales staff for about a month before Mike got involved. Purchased a used vehicle from them, only $15K, did my research, knew what I wanted and price willing to pay. Well we were told tires had 80% wear left. ...ya right we replaced them and was told maybe 30% and were splitting. Good thing they were replaced. I really don't agree with all their sales tactics. Making you feel guilty for doing or not doing something is completely wrong!!! Would not recommend!!!
My bf bought a used car and it hasn’t been a couple months even it’s been nothing but a nightmare. First off they scratched the car up themselves and yes they fixed it but he had to wait over a month while paying the car itself and not having a car. Service department is absolute trash.
