We purchased a used vehicle. The sales person was great. However the issues started less than 24 hours after picking up the vehicle. Brought it in to service. The service details regarding the vehicle at purchase is questionable. Brought it back twice, service department is the worst I have ever encountered. Stay away from this dealer.
Once you buy a car from them …. . any concerns it’s like crickets!!! Financing gut Dennis Kim was absolutely amazing , worked his butt off for me !!! Thank you again Dennis , I’ve reached out many times to my sales guy again crickets and he just called me and had the audacity to argue with me when I was trying explain things …. Felt like nothing was his fault !!!!! Think again future vehicle buys …
Have owned a Nissan and been going to this dealership for 20 years. Unfortunately when it comes to service they don’t take care of you and try to maximize profits. Had a service quote from Kal-Tire but went with Nissan as it was just a tad more, or so I thought. When all was said and done it was $350 more. A $100 disposal fee got tacked on out of nowhere that they tried to say they explained beforehand. Yeah no. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND 3 hour long oil change OMG , delayed due to no part available , the service time is unbelievable!!We will Never ever buy a vehicle or get anything serviced at this subpar dealership again
Not impressed. They were supposed to store my tires. Not sure if I will get my brand new tires next season with less than 3000km on them. Total mess.
The main issue I have with this dealer is the service admin team who does the paper work and greets the client needs to have proper communication skills. I have gone several times and when I do get the one employee, I always seems to have difficulty in communicating. To the point of letting other sales staff know.
Good service until I asked the sales manager Kareem Elfar, if the theft protection plan of $898 was mandatory. He said ,” we are already eating the $1600 gst for you.” This is incorrect as I am gst exempt and dealership told me upfront they honor this agreement. After this exchange Kareem did not reply to emails and did not attend the vehicle exchange.
I came in for oil change and left paying $468. 49 Not happy at all and not coming back. I always had my car serviced there and had received good service before. I really don’t know what changed and don’t really care to find out. Very disappointed

This is the place you walk in normal and afterwards you walk out dead. I am going through with awful and unpleasant experiences with this dealership because of some of it's con men and scams members. I even ask four times to speak to the general manager to get an answer regarding my situation but they couldn't do that for me. Every time I ask this their answers is the person is not around.
