I bought last year a 2020 car and since then I pay for all kind of repairs. It's a very bad deal, they supposed to check well the used cars before selling it.

My experience with Fish Creek Nissan has been unfortunate in several touch points. It's surprising because I have been a lifelong Nissan customer and never had these type of problems before. My latest dealership was in the NW but as I moved to the South I chose Fish Creek Nissan for its proximity to my new home but the experience has been really disappointing. 1. Where to start? ! From driving away with a car that was never registered here to dealing with a continuous shaking as I drive at higher speeds. I've had my car in 4 times now and it's still not properly working! Basic things I feel right away they seem to miss! I drive 40 mins each direction to get to them! I just got my car back yesterday and it's still not ok! Now it will be a fourth trip in. I don't usually take the time to wright poor reviews but this has been ridiculous. Service was good, as a driver who doesn't know anything about car, I chose to trust them. Customer service has room to improve cos no one follow up the shuttle service to me for car pick up after oil change and inspection on the same day I called to customer service and left a voicemail, texted to the service advisor but both got no reply. I had to keep calling until a customer service picked up my call finally to arrange the pick up service which I mentioned when I took my car to their place.

When I bought the car 6 years ago I really appreciated Youssef's customer service and communication. What happened to those levels of customer satisfaction? These days it's about piling on one addon after the other. Unexplained stores charges with no breakdown. Regret to say, Fish Creek Nissan has really gone in the wrong direction. During my recent service I spend more than $1200, please have the courtesy to give a decent car wash. It was like the car was rinsed using four cups of water. There is inconsistencies in their service team where one member said we had the promo of a free oil change with the purchase of our vehicle, then when we brought it in, we had to pay for the oil change as the promotion had expired. Their online system to check this is inconsistent between the booking agent and the staff at the service desk. The service for an oil change took 1hr 25 min and cost $137. It was appreciated that they washed the car after the service before returning it.

Sales are decent. After 6 years of service here, can confidentially say the department is garbage. Booked an early slot for an oil change, was told I’d be the first one in. After 1.5 hrs they came out and said they “accidentally” took someone else’s car ahead of mine so they were just starting on mine now. Waited 2.5hrs total.

Oil leak after 50K service (apparently faulty seal). Additionally, fan clutch requires replacement (approx. $1,300). 3 years bumper to bumper warranty expired May 28th. I've been driving with this issue for about a year, but it wasn't as visible as it was recently. It appeared and disappeared and I thought it's nothing serious. Nice surprise after 11 days passed warranty expiration.
