It's only been a day since I picked up a used Nytro for my daughter, but so far so good. This entire transaction was done over the phone with Andy. I never saw or drove the vehicle and relied completely upon Andy's honesty as to the overall vehicle condition. In my opinion Andy was honest and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to deal with him again in the future.
When I first purchased my car, we had a great expirence with Moe. After a few months we noticed a few issues with the car. Each time we had an issue, Ken the general manager was very quick to help fix the issue. He made sure we were taken care of and happy with our experience. Friendly staff BUT I verbally negotiated a 6-year loan and then found out when I got my first statement that I had signed on an 8-year loan. I specifically told my sales rep I only wanted six years because that was the year I was planning to retire. I highly recommend that if you use this dealership spend a day with the paperwork before signing on the dad of the line. I will take responsibility that I did not do that however that doesn't stop me from feeling very taken advantage of.
Purchased a RAV4 used from this dealer. Sales person was great no issues with him. When I picked up the vehicle it was cleaned but to the level of a Saturday give it to your teenager and get them to clean it, the front and rear seats were not shampooed and the front drivers seat was some white film on it and there was still dirt in the crevices of the vehicle and the plastic was not wiped down in certain areas. I booked through fish creek Nissan website at least a week in advance of my appointment. During my booking, I booked all the services I wanted including the new tires quote I had on my file. I left a message in the comments section about the tires even as I wanted to change to an all weather tire. I got no phone call or confirmation of booking.
