I had the worst experience ever at any Toyota dealership. They refused to give me a shuttle ride home home while my car was being serviced. They wasted nearly two hours of my day. I have never had an issue with Stampede Toyota. They also had me arrive a half hour before the mechanics were due to arrive.

I have purchased three new Toyotas from this dealership since 2011. I was a loyal customer who always serviced my three Toyotas at CHT. Unfortunately the service has been deteriorating for the past few years. They once had a drive through oil change that took 20 to 30 minutes. Now an oil change can take 2 or 3 hours or more. I booked my veh in early March and was told that I will get it in May. Unfortunately like everyone else I got it late July. The Finance folks are not helpful and very arrogant, never respond when you leave a message. I was supposed to be paying $155 biweekly on lease unit and was mentioned in the bill of sale but when I was signing the lease contract, I was told that it will be $162 which was quite suspiring to me. Took my RAV4 in for oil and filter change. Later took to my own mechanic for service and he said oil was low and never changed. When I emailed the dealership they never responded and when I called they said if we can’t see it, nothing we can do about it. I will never return to this dealership

I placed an order for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum Country Hills Toyota in August 2021. The sales rep, Tien, confirmed that the vehicle would arrive by December 2021. Worst service i experience ever since i bought my car from them and have a lifetime change oil..
My oil level was 500ml over max. They did the first and last oil changed.
Absolute joke of a dealership. The customer service and professionalism here is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The salesmen are extremely shady and love to try and play games to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Before you even think about going here go to literally any other car dealership and don’t look back.
I have had some bad experiences with this dealership and personally I would not go back. High costs for maintenance when compared to many mechanics.
