Great follow up by Parts Dept! Tien, the manager of the parts department at Country Hills Toyota is great to deal with....he goes the extra mile to make the customer happy!! He follows up well if a part is temporarily out of stock. Tien definitely makes a difference for this dealership!
This was a really positive sales experience! Wow, what a fun and easy sales experience! This place was great from the get go with product advisor Lenny Longworth who was so easy going and low pressure to the financing department that did all of the registration and stuff for us. I have been to several dealerships, and this one was by far the best. Ask for Lenny, he will get you the best deal faster than anyone else in town!
Overall a good experience Friendly and courteous from the start. Once I settled on what I wanted they said let's make the deal and we''ll get that color etc brought in from another dealer for you. We made the deal with a deposit. The vehicle arrived when they said it would and the delivery went well..

Great Experience, Dan is the man I flew in to pick up my 4Runner that I basically purchased over the phone. Dan Fletcher was great to deal with, knowledgable on the vehicle and very professional. I definatly felt like he had my best interest in mind throughout the whole transaction and he even came in on his day off to go over the vehicle and make sure ever detail was looked after. I travelled far to make this deal happen and so far it was worth every mile.
