Horrible Service Centre and Management Horrible experience. Awful. Completely ripped off. I recently bought a used vehicle in March a Pontiac Vibe exact same engine as the Toyota Matrix. Low mileage, great condition & took it in for an 55 point inspection & oil change. Worst service ever had.. The worst management.. Hii guys I was at this dealership last week to inquire on a new 2016 corrola and the sales guy helped me he told me some offers about financing. Did not like this dealership at all! I went in for an appointment made significantly in advance; when I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have a shuttle available for me to get me home (even though I asked for a Shuttle months prior). I was asked to arrange my own ride home and also asked to arrange a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car without an apology. Twice Bitten Went to look for a Tacoma - high pressure price tactics, with the salesman wanting to push the deal without actually listening to what I wanted. 2nd time (just last week) went to look at the new Tundra and once again got max MSRP BS; that this was the actual price and dealer was not able to offer anything less. Waste of our Time We were looking at a new Toyota and felt our time was wasted visiting Country Hills Toyota. After investigating dealer invoice pricing for the vehicle we were interested in, we were contacted by one of their sales reps who promised to sell us the vehicle at dealer cost if we'd stop in to see him.
