Don't trust their word I bought my last 5 or 6 cars from this dealer since we like to switch cars every 2 or 3 years. We bought them with this dealer mostly because they always offered free lifetime oil change to their customers. Last car though, the financing person said that they no longer offered the free lifetime oil change but that if we bought the Platinum Extended Care Plan, we would be cover for all complete services for 3 years and we will have free lifetime oil change. Hanif kanji is an excellent sales person! My dealings with Hanif Kanji, the sales rep has been excellent. However, the pre-owned sales manager is the worst. I question his ethical values.
Repairs NOT required Several attempts have been made to have us approve work for our vehicles that was completely unnecessary! And frankly a straight lie!!!! Will never return to this dealership again! Used them for 8 years but since car is off warranty, all of a sudden big big expensive issues have appeared. Yet when checked by trustworthy mechanics there is no evidence of the issue at all!!!!!!!!! Kim

Unethical Sales Practices and Shoddy Workmanship They sell you expensive warranties that have so many exclusions written into them you don’t really have a warranty, and they tell you the warranty is mandatory. They ran a dangling, live electric wire right next to my gas tank. Unbelievable.

Pealing of Steering Wheel After months of getting terrible service on a pealing steering wheel it is now my fault due to chemicals used on my hand that the steering wheel is pealing. Of course it has nothing to do with a defect or the improper repairs that have been done numerous times to fix the problem, when backed into a corner it now get's put onto me and they are wiping their hands of the problem. Used cars - Customer Service sucks Visited today to buy the 4Runner and the associate either had no knowledge or did not want to sell. I specifically asked that he is a sales person and should sell me 4 runner instead of Q7 or Q5. Instead he replied thathe may answer only if I ask him questions. I walked out after 2 minutes as he didn't seem like interested in selling. NO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE ISED SIDE OF TOYOTA AND THE ASSOCIATE- East Indian guy - Jay/Jack.
Best dealership in Calgary One of the best dealership in Calgary. I went to other dealership they give me a high price with no deals as well in dodge crow foot.
