I had a 7:30 AM recall appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half because I was not informed—or perhaps did not hear—that my tag needed to be given to staff. When I asked for help, a female employee’s tone was condescending, arrogant, and completely unacceptable, insisting I should have known the procedure from signs I never saw. As a result, I left frustrated and will not be purchasing a vehicle from Country Hills Toyota. They just lost a potential customer due to poor service.

Definitely Brian did his wrost at sales, lacking respect. Honestly, professionalism, never ever trust this dealership, you'll be sorry that you ever trusted him. Communication, especially listening skills zero to none. Prolonged wait time to only find out that sales person assumed what vehicle we wanted, not what we actually ordered. Not a single word or apology for inconvenience or simply initiating conversation on what gone wrong. Not a single word to the client - how can we fix it for you. Have had free oil changes on every Toyota vehicle I have ever owned from this COUTNRY HILLS TOYOTA dealership. Not today. Today 2 service advisors forced an ending to an 8 year relationship where I have had 2 Toyota vehicles and 1 Lexus serviced exclusively. Brought my 2014 Tundra in for a routine oil change which has always been free as part of the sales agreement. On our last visit, the products were overpriced and the salespeople tried to push the product: I found the same product elsewhere at a much better price with way better service. At Country Hills the salespeople could be easily overheard comparing how many sales they made.

Your sales manager Faziel was trying to sell us a grand highlander for above MSRP, which I found to be very predatory.
