As a loyal customer who has been purchasing and servicing vehicles at your dealership for over a decade, I regret to say that the level of customer service provided by the staff and service manager has been consistently poor and disappointing. Purchased the Toyota genuine battery less than year ago for my truck and its dead, went for warranty at parts and they send me to service, went to service they again send me back to parts and again back to service. They do not follow their own maintenance guidelines. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I have messaged both the Service Manager and the general Manager and haven't had a response yet.

My 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE 42,800Km it's being held HOSTAGE since September 18, 2023 until I pay for their MISTAKE! Tony Wilgenbusch a service advisor and Schaan Silbernagel the service manager at Country Hills Toyota Dealership have refused to give me back my vehicle to fix it somewhere else unless I pay them $3059.00+tax the cost of removing the vehicle transmission which has been done on September 26, 2023 even though the vehicle has been there since September 18, 2023. You have been in constant contact with Tony and Schaan throughout this and made aware of the charges involved. Also, Toyota Canada approves all warranty claims (or declines) based on the fact this vehicle was purchased at auction with major Carfax claims against it, plus the fact that the failure was not a manufacturing defect but a different one entirely. Terrible service department. Rude service manager racist ! Need to train him better to handle costumer complaint . Accepted my car for service quoted time frame for service to be done (2-3hrs) but at the end of the day no service done! bad bad service! never apologized instead ask costumer to bring my car to other service provider or dealership! yes I will I have 4 cars am bringing them all there not only the service am transferring but my business as well. My experience was terrible, and I would give them a negative rating if I could. Both the sales representative and the customer service manager provided zero assistance. It seems that due to the high demand and limited supply, the dealership staff has forgotten about customer service entirely. I booked a RAV4 and paid a deposit of 1K in January. Awful experience! The sales team including the managers are crooks and do not care that they are ripping people off right left and centre. The managers do nothing to resolve or make the issue better but instead just refund the deposit and avoid confrontation of the criminal activity. As well, they insist that certain add ons onto new vehicles including extended warranties aren’t able to be taken off the purchase of. Bought a 2019 brand new Toyota Corolla Hatchback and have had battery problems with it ever since I bought it!! Had to phone roadside assistance for a boost at least twice weekly the first winter!! This review is solely for Sean the service manager. I purchased my Toyota Camry in 2020. I have had problems with the same tire and I had to get it fixed three times within the last year. I had the tire repaired and within one week, I had to go back to have it patched again. Dylan one of the service agents said it had not been patched properly and thus, why it is flat again.
