Terrible condescending, rude service. Told me a vehicle was available and even confirmed the appointment twice but as soon as I got there the vehicle was mysteriously unavailable. Talked to me like I was stupid I guess because they are prestigious car salesmen (insert sarcasm). They even ripped off a "single mom" aquaintaince of mine for $2,000 (explicitly told her deposit was refundable but they would not refund). Ads also misleading/lies to get people in the door. 0 out 5 stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Brought my truck in for a steering issue they charged me and said nothing was wrong. A week later my tire broke off which leads me to believe they didn’t even look at the issue. If they had they would have noticed a worn out ball joint. I bought used car last week of December BMW X3 and within one week engine was showing problems and car has a gas smell. Service department told me they don’t have a proper tools to fix the car and they have ask me to go to BMW professionals. I am working mom with no any other help. And now country hills Toyota is asking me to go somewhere else and fix it. Really unprofessional I did not expect this kind of service.
Just bought 2019 RAV4 and it already makes very high pitched hissing sound when I try to start my car in the morning. I called them for assistance but still not resolved. The free oil change is NOT FREE. You will have to pay out hundreds of dollars for regular maintenance. I have not used it and will not use it. Do not think it's a good deal.
Worst customer service EVER.Free oil changes for life total xxxxxxxx.They charge you for that $3000 then now after 9 months they want to do Inspection again for $230 or they will charge me for oil change .So their inspection is done every couple of months or no free oil changes they already charged you more then $3000.Never ever again will I buy Toyota or step in Country Hills Toyota STAELERSHIP.Torsten Bova needs to be fired and never ever work customer service .Most rudest person ever.DON'T GO THERE EVER!!!
Worst service ever!!! Awful Customer service!! I will only go back to Country Hills Toyota if my car starts grinding again as they could care less about client service unless you are paying them for something. I bought my 2007 Rav4 at CH Toyota and have, up to 2017, had all my maintenance done. In 2019 I brought it in for a grinding noise I was getting when I started my car. After many service requests someone finally heard it and they repaired my car for around $3000. A year and a half later it started doing the same thing.... read more
Scheduled maintenance I brought my vehicle to this dealer for service. I was charged for a review of what they saw, versus what they actually corrected. After paying for the service and reviewing the service order, Toyota was kind enough to point out the work that was needed, but didn't complete all of the work, despite having my approval to do so. I would not recommend this dealer if you want service on your vehicle.
More empathy from a mackerel I recently bought a new transmission for my 2013 Sienna for $8,500$ ( it has about 160k on it). After I got the car back there was a different sound; so I took it in a week later and, guess what? Now the rear differential needs replacing. Didn’t the tech notice that when he had the car apart or when he did the test drive afterwards? Even the rep who I spoke to first agreed that really sucked.
