Here comes Cindee telling me" why not get a new car coz it is only 4.99% Interest". She said it is much better than used car at 8%. I came to write out my first buying experience and am sorry to read all the negative reviews, and to have to add mine to the growing list. Very dishonest, lying to get people into the door. Was told the corolla hybrid le coming in would be 32-33k all in. When i come in to give a deposit it’s 40k?? and the add ons like extended warranty can’t be removed. A fluctuation of price this big should always be mentioned to the customer, especially when they mention they’re paying cash. Will not be going back! also, the financial services manager should know that people are not fools and aware of profit margins and why add one suddenly became “fixed”
