Poor and disorganized Last month I ordered weather-stripping for two door for my Nissan 2016 Sentra. I got a call that the parts are ready. Brought my car today, waited more than 2 hours for the installation. Then, the guy came and said, we have to order the parts again. I called the manager to complain, but it looks he also doesn't know what's going on in his service department.
Poor Service I am very disappointed with the service department, probably the receptionist there I should say. I booked an appointment 1 day earlier for getting my car checked (some warranty issue), i was never told that it would take awhile. The next day before my appointment at 5 pm, i called in the morning to reconfirm. again, nothing was mentioned except "see you later". Worst Experience and Dragging Experience Ever First of all, I received a phone call on exchange old vehicle to new ones for free. On the first day going to the dealership, I was only thinking of getting more information on this deal. all words - no action ! i was made to wait over an hour on a scheduled delivery time of a new vehicle. car had scratches, poorly cleaned & the gas was almost 50 % !!! this is my first nissan & i think i chose a wrong dealership ! i love my new ride & bless the staff for having a stock of this very rare 370Z ! Cheat on all-in price, mislead consumer, threaten consumer On June 12, 2017, as a walk-in consumer, I was interested in Nissan Versa Note sv 2017. After a test drive, we started to negotiate the price. The sales stuff, Mr. Yung Hsiang Lien, told me the all-in price for this car was over $24000. I told him that's far above my budget, my budget was $19000-$20000. After he talked with his manager, he came back with $22945 for cash and $20900 if finance. very unhappy 2016 pathfinder leaked oil, they did not do a safety,air pressure on all tires were 7lbs to high,it was dirty with bird poo on the hood they did not wash it for me, fluids were not toped up air filter was very dirty, nor did they offer to clean the oil stains now on my driveway.lug nuts on the driver side front and rear were not very tight at all, if they had done a safety check like they said they did they would have found how loose they were.
Inexperienced Sales Staff and Horrible Customer Service No matter which Nissan vehicle you're looking for, DO not DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales staff are inexperienced and don't know the features and trim levels of their vehicles. Customer service is non existent. Once they get you to leave a deposit for vehicle (even if the vehicle you're looking for is not in stock) and sign the purchase agreement, you're basically ignored. Most Push Dealership Basically, brought the car and regret the second day. I went for a trade in, just to inquiring how that works. The stuff there were really push on me getting a brand new car and told that they been working with me for hours (though half of the time I was waiting in office). After I said I do not want get it, they told me I need to pay 10,000 dollars to get out of the deal. Really not recommend this place for anyone interested in buying their first vehicles or second.
Woes of a loyal Nissan Customer I would like to share my very very sad experience with all of you regarding this particular servicing . I own a Nissan Rouge 2015 model and I brought it over in the morning at 9.30 am for its regular service on 29/04/2017 and for the seasonal change of tires from winter to all season .
