these guys can sell any bullsit to sell a car hi, bought a new car from dealership. salesman told don't have car in lot have to bring from other yard in Toronto but it's been week no response. i call sales and financ both never call back. worse customerservice at this delarship. please avoid these liars if you don't want to waste your time.
Most pathetic experience with this dealership I have most pathetic experience with this dealership when I purchased a pre-owned 2014 pathfinder. They didnt make the delivery of vehicle for 3 weeks due to some issue they already was of at the time of deal but they hid it from me to make a deal. They are liars and whatever they promised was never true.
Worst experience of my life 1) they took my keys and test drove my trade in... Refusing to give it back unless I sign 2) they lie about everything my contract and model changed many times 3) these people conduct themselves in a very unprofessional way. Unethical Sales Methods and Very Inferior Customer Service I received from that dealership poor and very inferior customer service. It happened betweenAugust and September of2015. bring a voice recorder for your protection. They are tricky Ivana called me in the dealership to discuss regarding my car purchase lots of unexplainable numbers in my contract that I can't understand so she said come in cause I wanna make everything clear and make you happy., we waisted an hour of waiting for her knowing that she asked somebody to deal with us .. Worst service ever They treat you amazing until the deal is done then you're non existent. They do not return calls or emails. The girls at reception are rude. The finance manager promises you things but never follows thru. Absolutely horrible. It took over 2 weeks to pick up a car that they already had on the lot. When I purchased a car with Kia I bought it Friday and picked it up the Monday. I will never ever purchase from this place again.
