At this Nissan agency I had my worst experience in Canada, I received the response to my application only after 4 days. I am working full time at FedEx and my wife working full time on front line, our score is above 730, and yet our lease was denied. We then offered to leave 20% of the value as a guarantee and among the responses we received was that only professionals such as doctors are able to have a lease with Nissan. Very bad experience with finance 👨manager rude sales man can't met or talk to higher management 😕. Would never recommend 😕to anyone. Please stay away 🙏

I would NEVER buy/lease a vehicle from this dealer again nor refer anyone to this dealer! I leased a vehicle in Oct 2019 and since have had to submit a credit application 3 times! The first time, I was told that my car would be ready for pick up mid Oct 2019. On the day of pick up, they let me know that my car isn't ready. For a few days, they saying that my car was coming from another part of the province and that I would need to wait. Worst customer service-EVER DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING LEFT SITTING WHILE THEY GO SPEAK TO SOMEONE MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU. THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER CALL YOU BACK IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. THEN WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH THEM, THEY SEEM SURPRISED YOU ARE NOT HAPPY. (ACT STUPID). WHEN YOU CALL BACK THEY SCREEN THEIR CALLS....OH YES, SCREEN THEIR CALLS. THERE ISN'T A RATING LOW ENOUGH.

I am writing to express my recent experience with purchasing a vehicle at one of your dealerships in Mississauga Ontario. I recently purchased a used 2012 Toyota 4Runner at Dixie Mississauga Nissan. The 4runner is one of my all-time favourite vehicles and this is my third 4runner purchase and sad to report, a disappointing experience, to say the least. Very bad experience with this dealer Bought a new Rogue 7-seater in 2014 and since the very 1st week, never had a good experience. Once the sale is completed, technically they are done with the client. Salesperson offered all sorts of warranties and options and vehicle ended up costing about $15K more than the basic price. I was pretty much a new comer and not very familiar with Canadian dealers. Salesperson never thought of letting me know that the car does not come with a spare tire. Good in wasting customer time I had a worst experience with this showroom. They are very good at wasting your time. They will call you to come for price negotiation but will give you same price without any discount. They go to their manager several times by taking your credit card(so that you don't go out of store) as if they are giving discount and say the same price after 3 hours wasting my time in showroom.
